The 3 Bedrooms are all colour co-ordinated, are centrally heated and all are en-suite. Each room has TV/Video, Tea/Coffee facilities and biscuits, Fridge with cool drinks and fresh milk. Heated towel rails are provided.

Bedroom one has a king-size bed; it has it's own little sitting room with the refreshment facilities. The bathroom has a bath in addtion to a walk-in-shower, There are views of the garden, the lake and the fells.

Bedroom two has a double bed, the en-suite has shower, washbasin, WC and bidet. There are views over the garden to the lake.

Bedroom three is called the family room, but is more usually used by couples, There is a king-sized bed, a full-size single bed with the option of providing a second single bed. This room is often used by people requiring separate beds. The bathroom has a bath with a shower over.

Views of the garden and woodland, glimpses of the lake from this room.
